Bojan is a seasoned real estate professional with over 17 years of experience, having held key roles in several renowned companies. Throughout his career, he served as Country Manager at Coreside Savills and as Regional Director of the Office Agency at the Serbian branch of the Cushman & Wakefield Group. Prior to that, he spent more than 12 years at CBRE, where he advanced to the position of Head of Office Agency.
Bojan has played a pivotal role in leading some of the most significant transactions on the market, including property sales exceeding €235 million in value and successfully closing over 260,000 square meters of leasing transactions.
He is known for his systematic approach, high level of professionalism, and ability to integrate market insights into clients’ operational and investment decisions. His expertise covers both local and regional market specifics across Southeast Europe, with a particular focus on Serbia.
Bojan holds a degree in International Business from the Private Faculty of Economics at the University of Belgrade. Today, at Avalon Real Estate, he plays a key role in developing and implementing the company’s business strategy, aiming to further position the firm as one of the leading players in the market.
