Throughout her career, Senka represented and advised domestic and foreign companies as well as states in a broad range of complex, high-value matters. She has an outstanding experience in the field of disputes related to foreign investments, construction (including FIDIC related cases), privatization, agriculture and disputes arising out of various contractual relations.
She regularly represents clients in commercial and investment arbitration proceedings and acts as an arbitrator.
