Anina Milanovic is the Head of the International Cooperation and Development Department at the Securities Commission of the Republic of Serbia. In this role, she is actively involved in the development and regulation of the capital market and digital assets, with a particular focus on enhancing the regulatory framework for investment funds, implementing tokenization, and supporting the growth of the FinTech ecosystem in Serbia.
She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Law, where she specialized in the regulation of investment funds within the European Union.
Anina is the author of numerous professional articles in the fields of capital markets, investment funds, and digital assets. As a distinguished speaker, she regularly participates in national and international conferences and expert forums, sharing her insights on regulatory frameworks and contributing to discussions that shape the future of the financial sector.
