Manager with 20 years of experience in business and training, recognized expert in process optimization and project management in Europe and worldwide, and owner of Art Strategy Group Sp. z o.o. He is currently running several prestigious projects in the aviation and construction industries, including implementing an innovative project management system for designing and producing a breakthrough engine range of products, as well as leading transformative European energy and heat capex projects towards green solutions. His achievements, particularly in the application of Agile methodology to construction projects and project portfolio modeling using hybrid solutions that include elements of PMI, CCPM, and Agile, have been a source of inspiration to other trainers and consultants.
Tomasz has designed and implemented project management processes and built project management offices (PMOs) for many companies and institutions in Central Europe. He has been working as an independent project management consultant for more than six years for Serbian AzVirt Ogranak Beograd. His innovative monitoring process has been applied in the construction of the Cortanovci tunnels, as well as the Ruma-Sabac motorway, including the construction of the bridge over the Sava River.
Tomasz has also cooperated in the field of management and work organization with the European Parliament and the Chancellery of the Prime Minister of Poland. Additionally, Tomasz acted as a consultant in management for the Polish Parliament Energy Commission.
Tomasz has been a guest lecturer at Växjö University in Sweden, the Management Department of the University of Warsaw, and many other Polish universities and MBA courses. He is also the leading trainer in project management for Ernst and Young Academy of Business in Warsaw, Poland.
