Nevena is a Senior Associate at SOG in cooperation with Kinstellar.
Nevena specializes in the intricate domains of banking, finance & capital markets, and fintech.
She primarily focuses on regulatory compliance and licensing within the banking and financial sectors. Her area of expertise also includes IT law, as well as corporate and commercial law.
Nevena regularly assists domestic and international clients with financing matters, including project, acquisition, and corporate finance. She also advises on general corporate housekeeping matters and participates in due diligence processes.
Nevena obtained her LL.B. Degree from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law, and is a member of the Belgrade Bar Association.
