Milusa is a managing partner at OM&Partners. She focuses primarily on Antitrust, EU Law, Foreign Direct Investments, Real Estate and Corporate / M&A. 
She acted as a legal counsel of the Government of the Republic of Serbia in several matters related to State aid and international trade, and was part of the legal team, which represented the Government before the European Commission and the Ministry of Mining and Energy before the Energy Community.  She is currently engaged in one of the largest national projects EXPO 2027 Belgrade, as a legal counsel, with the aim of establishing a suitable legal system for effective preparation and implementation of the Exhibition.
She actively participated in several FDI projects and in proceeding before the Serbian State aid and Competition Authorities. She has advised some of the most important companies in different industries on antitrust related aspects of their everyday business operations and represented clients in merger control filings and abuse of dominance cases. Milusa also handles high-profile cases related to M&A and joint venture matters for domestic and multinational clients and provides legal support in commercial aspects of their everyday business operations in the region.
Miluša has more than ten years of experience, including nine years of work for a top-tier law firms where she was covering Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, and North Macedonia.
