Her professional journey began in November 2008 at the prestigious Castel Mimi Winery, where she successfully scaled the estate’s commercial footprint, rising from Sales Manager to Commercial Director.
In November 2015, Camelia took the helm as General Manager of the landmark Jolly Alon Hotel in Chișinău. Since then, she has driven its operational excellence and strategic evolution, culminating in the comprehensive rebranding and repositioning of the property into the upscale Mimi Hotel Chișinău in March 2026.
