1998 - 2001: Advised on a $1.2 billion USD in private funds domiciled in Gu Gibraltar, and Cayman Islands within MAF Trust.
2001 - 2003: Worked on setting up FAB Investment Banking, and structured association with Pictet and Cie, Zurich. Portfolio size of structu $1 billion USD.
2003 - 2006: Headed the overseas planning and financial tax advice for high at Mondial Dubai Group, Managing a portfolio of assets of $65

Successfully sourced a landmark asset for the very first REIT in the Arab world, the AREIT: Arab Real Estate Investment Trust. The THURAYA TOWER TWO (Winner of the the Cityscape Architectural Award for Most ECO-Friendly Sustainable Building) was acquired by the REIT.
* In association with Solidere International, Meedar completed the sale of 1,000,000 square feet of beach land in the Emirate of Ajman for 200 million AED. The Al Zorah Greenfield project was for a master-planned City within a City development.

Meedar Montenegro was established to facilitate a major land banking investment in prime coastal lands in Montenegro. Meedar continues to work on land acquisitions and has plans for developing a world-class vacation, recreation, convention and amusement project.
