Ivana Maksimovic is Senior Director and Head of Property Management & Retail for CBRE South Eastern Europe. With extensive experience across development, construction, operations, and asset management, she specializes in delivering integrated real estate solutions for clients across the region.
Ivana has played a key role in establishing and scaling CBRE’s Property Management and Retail division in SEE, driving its growth into a leading regional platform. Her expertise spans retail and mixed-use assets, with a strong focus on operational excellence, client value creation, and innovative management practices.
A licensed architect and internationally certified retail real estate professional (CRRP, CRX, CDP), Ivana was also an active contributor to the industry as a lecturer at the European Retail Academy and a member of the CDP committee with the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
