Nemanja Ciric
Owner & GM, Omega Properties
Nemanja Ćirić is an Owner and a General Manager at Omega Properties, and Business Development Manager at GP Građevinar. A results-driven professional with a strong academic foundation in management, holding a Bachelor’s degree from the Faculty of Economics, Finance and Administration in Belgrade and a Master’s degree from the European School of Economics in Milan. This international educational background has provided a solid understanding of business strategy, finance, and organizational management, complemented by exposure to diverse markets and global business practices.
Career development began through internships in prominent institutions, including the Serbian Investment and Export Promotion Agency (SIEPA) and Deloitte Serbia. At SIEPA, involvement in both foreign investment and export promotion enabled extensive collaboration with international investors and domestic companies expanding into foreign markets. At Deloitte, experience in the Business Consulting department included client engagement, data analysis, and project reporting, building a strong analytical and consulting skillset. This early experience was further strengthened by a leadership role at Belgrade Bakery Industry, managing a team responsible for optimizing and modernizing production processes and equipment.
Currently engaged in senior operational and strategic roles within the construction and real estate sectors that started over 12 years ago. At GP Građevinar doo, active participation in complex design-and-build projects spans industrial, pharmaceutical, and diplomatic facilities, including the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Belgrade. Progression into leading the Business Development department includes overseeing tender processes, managing client relationships, and coordinating project execution and company promotion. Additionally, as Founder and General Director of Omega Properties, leading real estate development initiatives focused on business park projects, utilizing build-to-suit models and implementing advanced design and construction standards to create long-term value for clients and communities.
