Vladimir Bogosavljević is Head of Business Development at Marsh Serbia, where he drives market growth through strategic partnerships, new distribution routes and client-specific insurance programs. As President of the Board of the Association of Insurance Brokers in Serbia, he advocates for professional insurance practice and stronger risk-mitigation standards across the market.
With more than 20 years in non life insurance, Vladimir has led business development at Almond Group, headed non life division at Wiener Städtische and served as Deputy Head of Corporate Clients at Generali. Throughtout his career, he has redesigned portfolio structures to sharpen pricing and renewals, negotiated facultative and treaty arrangements to reduce carrier volatility, and launched distribution initiatives that produced measurable premium growth.
He has worked on Serbia’s most complex engineering, energy and industrial risks, structuring bespoke coverage and reinsurance solutions for large-scale projects and asset-heavy operations. Those assignments required tailored risk engineering, coordinated multi-stakeholder placement strategies, and contract terms that balance operational continuity with insurer appetite.
He holds a degree from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences.
