Ekaterina Marchenko has been working in hotel development of Accor for 8 years with 15 years of experience in hotel industry. She began her career as a consultant at Horwath HTL, where she gained international experience and an understanding of hotel industry. Having then evolved herself with hotel investor companies and white-label operators, Ekaterina jointed the Russia and CIS office of Accor, was overseeing the growth of Accor network of hotels, and branded residences in the market.
In 2024 Ekaterina jointed the team of Accor south-eastern development and now developing premium, midscale and economy brands of the network in the several countries of the region including Serbia.
