Radomir Samcevic is the Founder and Managing Director of Agencija HT, a Serbia-based hospitality consulting and management company specializing in hotel operations, destination resort development and hospitality training. With more than two decades of experience in the hospitality industry, Radomir built his professional career through hotel operations, management and hospitality consulting. Before moving into consultancy, he worked within the Hyatt hotel system, gaining extensive operational experience in international hospitality standards and hotel management. Over the years, he has been actively involved in the operational development and consulting of some of Serbia’s most recognized non-coastal resort destinations, including Ramonda and Fruške Terme, with a particular focus on independent and self-branded hotels.
Through Agencija HT, he works on hotel operations, team development, reporting systems, guest experience and operational efficiency. In addition to consulting, Radomir is actively involved in hospitality education and professional training. He regularly conducts workshops and management trainings for hotel teams and is the author of five hospitality-related books. His professional interests include destination resort development, operational excellence, hospitality education and the positioning of regional resort destinations.
