Dayana Kanazireva
Development, Marketing & Sales Director and Member of the Board of OKOL Lake Park
Dayana Kanazireva is Development, Marketing & Sales Director and Member of the Board of OKOL Lake Park, a large-scale integrated golf, hospitality and residential destination development in Bulgaria, located near Sofia. OKOL Lake Park brings together an 18-hole championship golf course, the five-star Pullman OKOL Golf Resort & Spa managed by Accor, branded residences, private homes, hospitality services and event infrastructure within a mountain-and-lake setting.
Her work is focused on the point where real estate development, hospitality strategy and destination positioning meet. Dayana is involved in shaping OKOL not only as a property project, but as a new type of inland resort destination for Southeast Europe - one that connects sport, wellness, business events, residential value and lifestyle into a coherent long-term platform.
With hands-on experience across development, marketing, sales and pre-opening processes, she works on translating a masterplan into a market-ready destination: defining target audiences, building the commercial narrative, positioning residential and hospitality products, and aligning investor vision with operator standards and guest experience. In this context, OKOL's MICE potential is a central part of the strategy, supported by the Pullman resort's conference and event facilities, hospitality offering and proximity to Sofia.
Dayana's perspective is shaped by the practical challenges of developing a complex mixed-use resort from the ground up - coordinating between investors, designers, operators, sales teams, local stakeholders and future users. This gives her a developer's view on what makes resort projects viable beyond traditional summer and coastal demand: year-round programming, clear identity, operational realism, sustainable land use and strong partnerships.
Beyond OKOL Lake Park, Dayana is a Board Member of Novotel Sofia and American English Academy, and a Member of the Advisory Board of the Bulgarian Green Building Council. She is also active in the regional hospitality and real estate conversation, having participated in industry forums such as TopHotel Conference Bucharest, Hotel Forum Bulgaria and other discussions dedicated to hotel investment, hotel real estate, branded residences and tourism development.
