Kosta Gligoric is a graduate architect with over ten years of experience in facility management, building on a strong background in architectural design and construction delivery. Through his work in hospitality and in the maintenance of commercial and residential properties, he has developed a strong attention to detail and a high standard of service, particularly when working with demanding users.
At Tenderly, he led the end-to-end planning and delivery of one of Belgrade’s most advanced office spaces, with a focus on workplace experience, contemporary interior design, and smart, centralized BMS systems for remote management and optimization of energy use and operational efficiency.
Today, he drives workplace experience on a global level at Tenderly through sustainable ESG practices, process optimization, and the introduction of benefits that save employees time and improve the quality of everyday work.
He is also actively developing digital solutions for space mapping and digitization, linking building equipment to centralized databases, and automating processes—enabling remote operations and data-driven comparison of building performance across locations worldwide.
