He has played a key role in helping listed and non-listed clients establish comprehensive Sustainability Reporting frameworks, including ambition-setting, staff training, ESG accounting, and assessments such as GRESB and corporate ESG rating systems.
Tjidsger's career began at Tauw, a leading Dutch consultancy firm, where he contributed to high-impact projects, including the National (Environmental) Adaptation Scan. His tenure at Tauw Iberia further deepened his expertise, facilitating knowledge exchange on sustainability across countries. After a decade in education, Tjidsger returned to the corporate advisory sphere in 2021, driven by a belief in the pivotal role of education in addressing contemporary ESG challenges.
