Nicholas N. Bouri is a Partner at NGB Group, a family-owned industrial real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Bucharest, with operations across Romania, Greece, and an a planned expansion in Serbia.
NGB’s founders and parent company is rooted in over a century-old industrial legacy in the cement and shipping industry, with extensive experience in developing factories, warehouses, ports, and shipbuilding across 4 continents.
Nicholas oversees Business Development, Sales, Construction Management and client relations on behalf the entire group activities, having already built and delivered over 500,000 sqm of industrial and commercial properties and now driving a new development pipeline exceeding 500,000 sqm of build-to-suit industrial projects (starting 2026).
In parallel, he leads NGB Energy, the Group’s dedicated investment platform focused on renewable energy, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and data centers, with planned projects including over 200 MW of BESS capacity and a 50 MW data Center in the 2026–2027. Nicholas also serves as the commercial and business development of AGREMIN, the Group’s platform for mining, aggregates, and building materials across Romania, while serving regional markets including Serbia and Hungary.
With more than 20 years of experience across shipping and port management, mining, cement, and real estate development, he holds a dual MBA from Bucharest Business School and UQAM (Montreal), and is an Alumni of INSEAD, DEREE College and Cornell University.
