Mikhail Kolesnik joined MINOR Hotels as Regional Development Director in 2025 to grow the company in the new regions. He’s responsible for development in South Eastern Europe, including Serbia, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Montenegro, Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Georgia & the CIS countries.
Focusing on key gateway cities as well as resorts with the portfolio of 12 international brands ranging from selected service to iconic luxury. In addition to the well-known brands like Anantara or NH Collection and NH Hotels, the company has introduced two new soft Collection brands – Minor Reserve and Colbert Collection, as well as iStay by NH in the economy tier.
Historically we also do branded residences and extended-stay products.
