Ivana Rajković Špes is a highly experienced real estate professional with over 20 years in the industry, specializing in financial institutions, real estate development, and consulting. She currently serves as the Head of Capital Markets at DDG Group, where she focuses on structuring investment strategies to drive growth and enhance profitability. Her role involves navigating complex capital markets, securing funding, and maximizing the financial potential of real estate investments through thorough risk and market analysis.
Previously, Ivana was the Country Head for CBRE SEE in Croatia, where she led a team to achieve business objectives, identified new opportunities, and fostered strong client relationships. As the Director of Transaction & Portfolio Management at Poseidon Croatia, she successfully closed sale transactions worth over €150 million and managed financing structures with significant loan-to-value ratios.
Her earlier roles include Head of Real Estate Workout at Erste Group ImmoRent, where she restructured a portfolio of approximately €150 million, and various positions that honed her skills in customer relationship management, business development, and team leadership. Fluent in English, German, and Croatian, Ivana holds a Master’s degree from the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Zagreb, and has completed various specialized training programs.
