Marko Milovanović is a seasoned development director with over 17 years of international experience in real estate, architecture, and design management. Holding a Master’s degree in Sustainable Building Performance and Design from Oxford Brookes University and an architectural degree from the University of Belgrade, Marko has built a career on delivering high-quality, tailor-made real estate projects. His expertise spans residential, commercial, and hospitality developments, blending creative vision with technical precision.
He currently leads the development team at Kadena Properties, one of the most dynamic and fast-growing property developers in the region, where he spearheads innovative residential and hospitality projects. Prior to this, Marko played a key role in shaping Belgrade Waterfront’s skyline, managing development and design processes for over 3,000 residential units. His earlier work in Dubai with Multiplex Middle East further expanded his global outlook, offering consultancy on large-scale developments and optimizing design for feasibility and construction.
Marko’s approach is marked by strategic foresight and deep technical insight. Fluent in English and Serbian, and skilled in tools ranging from BIM to parametric design, he continues to drive forward-thinking solutions in real estate.
