Dennis has over 25 years of experience in regional investment services for residential, hotel, commercial and mixed-use projects. He is supported by a team of experienced professionals and focused visionaries with decades of experience in real estate, finance and construction.
Under his leadership, DDG Group became an international partner office of Savills PLC, one of the world's leading real estate advisors and developers.
He is currently managing the implementation of two of the most significant hospitality projects in Croatia - the construction of the first Marriott by Marriott hotel and the reconstruction of the impressive Mövenpick Hotel & Residences Kvarner Bay complex. Over the years, Denis has also been involved in the development of one of the largest retail real estate portfolios in the region.
