Georgi Ranchev is a General Manager of Lindner Immobilien Management EOOD, Residential Park Sofia EOOD and Residential Park Lozen EOOD since the autumn of 2007, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Residential Park Sofia Facility Management AD since the summer of 2009.

He joins Lindner Group in 2005 and was involved in the successful investment sales transaction of Business Park Sofia. He has a PhD in Economics and has done research at the University of Oxford and Woodrow Wilson Center in Washington D.C. Georgi Ranchev speaks English, Russian and German.
