Nikola Suzic

MRICS, Regional Director, Valuation & Advisory, NAI WMG, Serbia

ANikola Suzic MRICS MSc is the Regional Director of Valuation and Advisory at NAI WMG. He is based in Belgrade where he overlooks the SEE region; namely Serbia, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro and Albania. Nikola has a multidiscipline background, having worked for renowned real estate consultancies - Colliers International, CBRE and Atrium Property Services.

Nikola has a very solid understanding of banking industry, as he worked at UniCredit Bank Serbia as a Director of Collateral Management Unit. He has closely cooperated with Project Financing Department and was involved in the credit approval process for some of the largest projects in Serbia. Throughout his career, he had the opportunity to work with the largest investors in Serbia and the region, assessing large scale projects and supporting management decisions.

Since 2018, Nikola is a licenced real estate valuer according to Law on Real estate valuations, and he was elected as a Court expert since 2014. Nikola is member of disciplinary commission of Serbian Society of Appraisers since 2019.
