Roman Kopacek is Managing Director at Michaeler & Partner and leads the Hotel and Tourism Consulting division across both M&P locations. Previously, he was working as senior consultant for four years with focus on the DACH, CEE and SEE regions, with more than 80 managed projects. He was able to prove his profound hotel expertise at Hilton World Wide in various countries and hotel types, including six years as General Manager and Hotel / Resort Director with 13 years at Hilton worldwide. His areas of expertise include 360-degree performance management, strategic consulting, feasibility studies, product and brand concepts, succession management, as well as operator and investor search and related contract negotiations.
