Takuya Aoyama is Vice President for Development with Hyatt International (EAME) LLC, responsible for expanding Hyatt’s portfolio of brands in the markets of Russia & CIS, Central & Eastern Europe and the Balkans.

Takuya has been working in the field of real estate and hotel development since early ‘90’s, and held positions with companies including European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Holiday Inn Worldwide, Andersen and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Since joining Hyatt in 2008, Takuya has closed management and franchise deals including Hyatt Regency Sofia, Grand Hyatt Athens, Hyatt Regency Moscow Petrovsky Park, Andaz Prague and Párisi Udvar Budapest.
