Dr. Manfred Wiltschnigg has been successfully active for more than 25 years in Austria and the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region as real estate manager. With his valuable expertise as a managing director, executive committee and advisory board member, Dr. Manfred Wiltschnigg has a unique experience in commercial real estate sector.

After working as Managing Partner of Generali Immobilien AG, Vienna, he served as Regional Director for Austria and the CEE for Oppenheim Immobilien KAG, Wiesbaden, one of the leading German real estate special fund managers, and built up the entire region. Following that, he was responsible for Austria and the CEE for IVG Immobilien AG, Bonn, serving as Managing Partner. As Chief Operating Officer on the management board of Immoeast/Immofinanz Group, he consolidated and reoriented the activities of the group in West and East Europe.

In 2015, he founded Galleon Capital Management GmbH and within short time established it as a recognized player in the international asset and investment management business.
