The fair event is run as a support to the REBEC conference and it is organized in the Mezzanine of the hotel Continental. The exhibition space is predefined, in accordance to the possible space for lease. The fair is designed as an interactive event with the goal that exhibitors show their new projects and properly and accurately inform visitors about the possibilities of the investment potential of Serbia regarding the development of all types of real estate. 

The fair opens June 20th at 13:00 hours, which is the start for all programs on this years REBEC. After the opening ceremony, according to the protocol, a visit of all the exhibitors is planed. 

Between 13:00 and 17:00 hours on the first day of the Fair, according to the schedule, two panels will be held: 

The first about the current situation concerning the valuation of real estate, and the other on the state of the golf industry in Serbia and in the region. 

On the second day of the fair, on June 21st, from 11:00 to 17:00, at the same location, two fair panels will be organized: Serbia as the logistics center of the Balkans and the second panel on the topic: The current moment of the development of housing in Serbia. 

On the third day of this year's REBEC event, also two panels will be organized. The first entitled "Modern Trends of Architecture in Serbia and in the region and its contribution to the development of high quality real estate" and the others, the final panel of the conference and fair programs of REBEC 2011 with the title: Retrospective of investment projects and ideas in Serbia in the second half of 2010 and the first half of 2011. 

This year, on the REBEC event, for the second time the "Architecture corner in 2011" will present itself to the professional audience, and will be held from June 20th to 25th in the New York club in the lobby of the hotel Continental, and it will show selected works - projects of several program and professional categories of authors. By July 1st the schedule of the remaining events in this segment of the REBEC 2011 events will be announced. 

The fair is open every day, except on the first due to the opening ceremony from 10:00 to 18:00 hours. On the first day of the fair the working hours are from 11:00 to 18:00 hours. The fair closes on June 22nd at 16:00 hours! 

The ticket price for each day is 750 dinars, and for all three days 1.500 dinars.
