PKF hotelexperts is a specialized consulting company from Austria, a well-known service provider in the field of the hotel industry development. The opinion of this company is that the potential and investment opportunities in Serbia for the further hotel industry development are significant.

Mr. Michael Widmann claims that Belgrade today is rated as an exceptional investment destination when it comes to the hotel industry.


However, it takes time to change a previously formed negative opinion on Serbia and Belgrade, which will encourage investors to come more often and in larger number.


He estimated that REBEC has a positive role in changing the current image of Serbia and Belgrade in the context of other activities that together help the change of that image to finally happen.


He particularly highlighted the current cooperation of REBEC and PKF hotelexperts for this year.
