During the recently held MIPIM - Le marché international des professionnels de l'immobilier, Mr. Luke Dawson, the Managing Director of Colliers International in Serbia, made some comments on Croatia’s EU accession on 01.07.2013. He expects that the "spatial migration of the EU border" shared with Croatia, will bring the expected benefits to Serbia, especially in the field of development of retail parks, shopping malls and hotels. An increased activity in the development of these projects will further raise investment interest in Serbia in general terms.
